From operating theatres... to holistic healing

I spent years working as a medical scientist, then as a medical device representative... standing alongside surgeons in operating theatres for knee replacements, hip replacements, and robotic surgery. I understood the science of the body intimately. But something was always missing.

What I really wanted was to support people... not just in moments of crisis, but in rediscovering who they are on the other side of a diagnosis. That journey led me to complete my Diploma of Counselling, deepen my yoga practice, and bring together everything I know about neuroscience, movement, and the human spirit.

More Than Counselling exists because healing is never just one thing... it's the conversation, the breath, the movement, the belief that life can feel whole again.
