First Session

We take time to understand your story and what you most need. There's no pressure to have answers ... we find the direction together.

The Work

Sessions draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system regulation. We go at your pace.

Between Sessions

You may leave with a small practice, a reflection, or simply more clarity. The work continues between sessions in everyday life.

Over Time

Progress isn't always linear, but it is real. Many clients notice shifts in how they relate to themselves, their body, and what feels possible.

Evidence-based and whole-person

Fionna draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness. Sessions are never one-size-fits-all ... what you need shapes how we work.

The focus is always on what is most meaningful to you right now. Some clients need practical tools. Others need a space to be witnessed and understood. Most need both.
